RUSSIA FORCED TO GROUND TU-134 JETLINERS

MOSCOW, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Ilya Klebanov today told the press that Tu-134 flights are to be suspended after the International Civil Aviation Organization will introduce new noise standards. Klebanov added that russian airlines will soon begin modernizing their fleets in compliance with the new noise standards introduced.
