FLIGHTS SUSPENDED AT NEWAR AIRPORT AFTER FIRE IN A BUILDING

NEWARK, A fire in the administration building yesterday caused the suspension of flights at Newark airport for 35 minutes. A spokesman for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey explained that flights were halted because the firefighting equipment was used to extinguish the fire. An investigation was launched to determine the cause of the blaze.
