15 U.S. AIR TRAFFIC CONTROLLERS FOUND GUILTY

CHICAGO, USA, Fifteen operators of Elgin Traffic Control Center, which controls O' Hare international airport of Chicago have been convicted, after a FAA inquiry, for slowing down intentionally the flights scheduled for July 17. Many flights were deleted or cancelled. United Airlines cancelled 116 flights.
