Nsk Ltd and Ab SKF signed a letter of intent

Gothenburg, Sweden - SKF to buy Nsk Aerospace majority

Nsk Ltd, the British jet engines-mainshaft and gear-box bearings producer, signed a letter of intent with the Swedish Ab SKF, according to which, Gothenburg-based company will buy 75% of Nsk Aerospace Europe Ltd. After definitive agreement signment, the firm will be named Aeroengine Bearings Uk. SKF should also acquire remaining 25% Nsk shares before 2005. (m/cesn)
