WASHINGTON, U.S. airlines banned the use of expressions as "turbolence" (better to say "inconstant air"), "final destination", "fog", "aborted takeoff". Pilots will have to soothe their language to look more optimist and reassuring. Even innocuous words as "delay" or "terminal" have been considered harmful. US Airways adviced their pilots to mix aannouncement with sport news to capture the attention...
