MALPENSA FIRST EUROPEAN AIRPORT FOR GROWTH RATE
MILAN, Sea, the company managing Linate and Malpensa airports, said the latter reached the top in the ranking for growth rate among european airports. It registered an increase of 24,8 per cent in the first three quarters of 2000. Passenger traffic reached 16.108.540 and cargo traffic 212.000 tons.
