Emergent landing for a Sea Harrier at Olbia airport

Olbia, Italy- A breakdown was the cause of the incident

A damage to the turbofan Rolls Royce Pegasus would not have allowed a proper return to its aircraft carrier; thus, yesterday, an English Sea Harrier had to land with care at "Olbia Costa Smeralda" airport whilst its partner was following it for security reason. A team of technicians of their squadron is going to come this morning to fix the problem. (0012)
