SHIPHOL WILL GO ON STOCK EXCHANGE

AMSTERDAM, THE NETHERLANDS, According to Dutch daily financial newspaper De Telegraaf, Schiphol Airport at Amsterdam will be listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange in 2001. In the following years, the state of The Netherlands will sell, in three steps, the entirety of the airport, taking initially a golden share of about 40%. At present, the Dutch state owns 76 percent of Schiphol airport.
