FAA DELAYED PLAN TO KEEP PLANES APART

U.S.A., The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration and air traffic controllers agreed more than a year ago on plan to reduce instance when two aircraft are allowed to fly too close at a major air traffic facility in Leesburg, but the FAA delayed implementing the agreement because the agency said it lacked the resources, officials from the two sides said yesterday.
