NEW PRESIDENT FOR INTERNATIONAL AERO ENGINES

EAST HARTFORD, USA, IAE International Aero Engines AG today announced that Stephen N. Heath will be the next President and CEO of IAE, effective February 5, 2001. Mike Terrett, IAE's President since November 1998, is returning to Rolls-Royce to take up an executive position.
