INDIA: FOG HITS AIR

INDIA, Fog yesterday struck again the Gandhi International of New Delhi forcing diversions and delays of airport operations. International and domestic flights reported over five-hour delays. After visibility became normal, 10 international departures and 14 international arrivals had been speedily carried out.
