MBDA-FINMECCANICA AGREEMENT TO BE SIGNED ON MARCH 8
ROME, The French financial newspaper "La Tribune" reported that the agreement for MBDA making is to be signed on March 8: the European group EADS, English BAe (both with a stake of 37,5%) and the Italian Finmeccanica (25%) will form the joint-venture. The group will be led by the French Fabrice Berger, supported by two chief operating officers, one Italian and one English.
