SOUTHWEST AIRLINES JET SKIDS OFF THE RUNWAY
PHOENIX, USA, A Southwest Airlines Boeing 737 yesterday skidded off a Sky Harbor International Airport runway at landing. It seems the runway had been shortened because of a construction project. The aircraft, coming from LA, was carrying 114 passengers and 5 crew members. None was injured but the plane suffered damage to its right wing which hit construction barriers.
