BOMB SCARE ON A PAKISTANI FLIGHT
LONDON, A Pakistan International Airways Boeing 747 had to make an emergency landing at Manchester airport due to a bomb scare. A phone call alleged that a bomb had been planted on the plane. The jet took off from Karachi and was headeded to New York, carrying 479 people, crew members included. A search was conducted and had negative result.
