Aircraft disaster in India (6): Mattarella’s condolences for the victims

The Italian Head of State expressed to President Droupadi Murmu Italy's solidarity

The President of the Italian Republic, Sergio Mattarella, sent the following message to the President of the Republic of India, Droupadi Murmu:

"With feelings of deep sorrow, I have learned of the news of the air disaster that occurred near Ahmedabad, which has caused so many victims.

In the face of such a tragic event, Italy stands in empathetic mourning and solidarity with the friendly Indian people.

On behalf of the Italian Republic, I extend my most heartfelt condolences to you personally, to the families of the victims of all nationalities, and to India as a whole".
