Athens, Greece - An engine failure is the probable reason of the incident

Yesterday evening an helicopter of the Greek Army, took off at 7:30 pm from the airport of the military base of Alexandria for a night training flight, fell down near the little town of Karyotissa west of the port of Thessaloniki.
