RUSSIA TO SELL ARMS TO PHILIPPINES

MOSCOW, Russian ambassador in Philippines, Anatoli Khmelnitski, said that Russia is ready to sell MI-18 helicopters, M29 fighter planes, tankers, cannons and other military hardware. "We realise the Philippines is just taking its time with the bidding because of the ecoomic situation in the region", said the ambassador.
