Washington, USA – They will make landings without runway lights

Youngstown airport Ohio, will be used by US Air Force Reserve Command pilots to practice night landings without runway lights, using the new night-vision infrared system only. This kind of training is fundamental for operations in battle zones, such as Afghanistan and Iraq, where military men must often operate in hard visibility conditions.
