AUSTRALIAN PRIME MINISTER ANNOUNCED ARMY REJUVENATION

AUSTRALIA, Australian prime minister John Howard announced a large upgrade of country's armed forces which will receive conspicuous quatities of new warplanes (about 100), new helicopters and electronic surveillance aircrafts. The overall costs of the 10-year lasting upgrade will be over 12 USDbn that will increase the self-defense capability of Australia.
