DELTA AIRPLANE STOPPED ON RUSSIAN SKIES
RUSSIA, The Delta Airline MD-11 that took off from Atlanta at 10.05 am local hour heading Narita airport in Tokio was not allowed to fly over Russian territory and was forced to go back and land in San Francisco. The Russian airtraffic controllers communicated the pilot that the plane did not have the authorization requested to fly over Russian aerospace.
