Low-cost Us carriers gain top service
New York, Usa - While the overall Us air service declined in 2004
According to a research conducted by two US Universities, five of the six US airlines indicated as top service were low-cost carriers. JetBlue, AirTran and Southwest Airlines topped the annual airline survey referred to 2004, while United Airlines was the only network carrier to rank in the top five.
