Bruxelles, Belgium - The Spanish company that manufactures engine components can be acquired by the Brithish industry

ITP (Industria de Turbo Propulsores) one of the leading companies in the manifacturing of airplane components and engines might be acquired by Rolls-Royce. ITP -a Spanish company- is already a member -together with Safran Aircraft Engines (France), Mtu Aero Engines (Germany) and Rolls-Royce- of Europrop International (EPI), a consortium that makes the turboprop engine TP400-D6 for Airbus' A-400M Atlas....
