Trieste Airport, 2024 financial statements approved by shareholders' meeting
The board of directors and president Antonio Marano were also confirmed

Trieste Airport is experiencing an important period of growth, strengthening its strategic role in the North-East of Italy. This was also confirmed by the 2024 financial statements, approved on 29 April 2025 by the shareholders' meeting. Last year, the airport located in Ronchi dei Legionari, in Friuli Venezia Giulia Region, recorded a total of 1,319,813 passengers: this is a growth of 41.5% compared to 2023. 2024 closed with a profit of 4.8 million Euros, compared to 3.2 million in 2023, a growth of 49.4%. The EBITDA is 9.8 million Euros (+51.6% on 2023) and gross investments amount to 12 million.
The shareholders' meeting also reconfirmed the board of directors for the three-year period 2025-2027, consisting of the president Antonio Marano, the managing director Marco Consalvo and the directors Rita Cozzi, Roberta Neri and Laura Pascotto.
The airport's offer has also recently been enriched with five routes for a total of 27 connections. The new destinations are Bucharest, Lamezia Terme, Prague, Rotterdam and Stockholm, to which it will be possible to travel from June 4.
