Thales Alenia Space (TAS), the joint-venture between Thales (67%) and Leonardo (33%), has signed a €263 million contract with prime contractor OHB System AG for the development of key elements for ESA's Laser Interferometer Space Antenna (LISA) mission. Eve Air Mobility ("Eve") has signed a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Future Flight Global, a pioneer in electric aircraft for up to 54 electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing (eVTOL) aircraft, targeting the Brazil and United States markets. Embraer has received a firm order from SkyWest, Inc. for 60 aircraft with purchase rights on 50 additional aircraft. Deliveries of the aircraft will begin in 2027. Airbus Helicopters and Leonardo are joining forces to carry out an architecture study to define the basis of the NH-90 long-term evolution, known as Block 2, responding to a request from NAHEMA (NATO Helicopter Management Agency). The Block 2 upgrade will include key structural improvements to the aircraft such as modular avionics, greater configuration commonality, improved maintenance and performance, as well as new capabilities in the field of collaborative combat, connectivity and crewed-uncrewed teaming. STARLUX Airlines of Taiwan has signed a firm order with Airbus for the purchase of ten additional A-350/1000 aircraft, taking its total order for the type to 18 units. At the "Paris Air Show" (June 16-22), Leonardo and Avioane Craiova announced the signing of a "Technological and Industrial Cooperation Agreement", marking a significant step forward in strengthening industrial collaboration between the two companies. The National Defence Ministry of Lithuania has announced in a statement that Embraer’s C-390 Millennium has been selected as the country's next-generation military transport aircraft.
