Value Group at the aeronautical technology event in Lisbon
It will take place in Portugal from 7 to 9 October 2025

The countdown has begun for the World Aviation Festival, the largest event in the world dedicated to aviation technology, which this year returns to Lisbon, Portugal, from 7 to 9 October at the Feira Internacional de Lisboa (FIL). With more than 4,500 participants and 600 speakers, the festival brings together the leading airlines, airports and executives worldwide responsible for software, services, marketing and distribution. As a global reference in the management of aviation irregularities, Value Group will be one of the protagonists at this important event, showcasing on the international stage its revolutionary approach to managing the Irops (Irregular Operations).
Value Group is setting a new standard in passenger care: as an all-in-one partner, the company offers comprehensive assistance, from hotels to transportation, combining cutting-edge technology and a human touch to ensure exceptional customer service. This is what they call "Artificial Human Intelligence": a combination of technologies capable of providing rapid responses in the event of disruption, functional and efficient recovery plans when airlines face operational issues, and a human touch to offer direct assistance to passengers at airports.
At the World Aviation Festival, Value Group will present its services and solutions designed to provide operational efficiency to airlines while at the same time care for passengers. Applications such as Rubik Go are developed to simplify the management of disruption, reduce costs and ensure that passengers receive support, information and assistance in real time. This innovative technology, developed by Value Group, integrates several elements for the management of aviation irregularities and has been designed to give passengers the ability to manage their own assistance (self-handling).
In addition, within the rich programme, Daniele Bocchieri, co-CEO & COO of Value Group, will be one of the speakers on the panel “What proactive strategies can we adopt to reduce delays and keep flights on time?”. The conference will review concrete case studies on reducing congestion-related delays, explore how predictive models and real-time data can help prepare for unplanned disruption and analyse the importance of collaboration between airlines, airports, ATC (Air Traffic Control) and regulatory authorities.
