EMERGENCY LANDING FOR ANOTHER 747

TOKYO, A 747 of Northwest Airlines, carrying 380 people, made an emergency landing at Narita airport of Tokyo after reporting engine trouble. The plane was flying from Osaka to Los Angeles. The pilot switched off the troubled engine and landed safely. None of the passengers was injured.
