UAV AGAINST FIRES

USA, A civilian version of the UAV Predator, the unmanned aircraft utilized in military application for the territory surveillance, effectuated its first flight, equipped with sensors to "see" for forest fires. It can flight at over 17.000 meters altitude for a whole day, exploring large areas. The unmanned aircraft, named Altus II, costs about 2 USDm and is waiting for FAA approval.
