Suspected hijacker ran away in Indonesia

Singapore - After been arrested last December

Mas Elamat Kastari, the Singapore citizen who, charged with attempted hijacking at the Changi international airport, has been arrested last December, ran away in Indonesia. The man, according to inquirers is member of Jemaah Islamiya, a terrorist group linked to the Al Quaida international network,which is supposed to be involved in plots against Us embassy in Singapore.
