NTSB INVESTIGATING CHALLENGER CRASH

NEW ORLEANS, NTSB set up an inquiry about the Challenger crash in Whicita in which the experimental test pilot, Bryan Irelan, and the flight test engineer David Riggs were killed. The third passenger, Eric Fiore, was seriously injured.
