US Congress approves Awacs sale to Turkey

Washington, Usa - A USD 1.1m deal

The US Congress approved yesterday the sale of six Awacs (Airborne Warning and Control System) to Turkey. Under the terms of the contract signed last June, Turkey will buy 4 Awacs from Boeing in a USD 1.1m deal, with the option to buy two more. (004)
