Italian Red Cross sends 2 tonnes of medicines to Afghanistan

Rome, Italy - An Italian military aircraft C-130 airlifted the load

An Italian military aircraft C-130 airlifted to Afghanistan 2 tonnes of medicines and other medical products (EUR 22,000 worth) in behalf of Italian Red Cross. Drugs will be distributed to local population by Afghan Red Half Moon. Other 20 tonnes of staple commodities will be airlifted to Kabul by the end of this year. (004)
