War to Iraq: "no retaliation against neighbours"

Ankara, Turkey - Iraqi deputy prime minister Aziz said today in Ankara

Iraqi deputy prime minister Tareq Aziz said today in Ankara Baghdad had no plans to retaliate against neighbours, including Turkey, if the United States attacked. He added there was no need for a new U.N. resolution to cover the operations of arms inspectors in Iraq. (004)
