India: Government has decided upgrading of Mig-27 warplanes

New Delhi, India no decisions has been taken on engine replacement

Indian Government has started a program for upgrading 40 mig-27 but no decision has been already taken about engines replacement as declared Defence Minister George Fernandes. Upgrading will be undertaken by Hindustan aeronautics and Hal and are part of renovation programme of the Indian Air Force who have lost many aircraft in the last years as reported few days ago By AVIONEWS
