This morning the minister of Foreign Affairs Frattini received the phone calls of the U.S. secretary Colin Powell, the German minister of Foreign Affairs Joschka Fischer, the British minister of Foreign Affairs Jack Straw, the French minister Dominique de Villepin and from the High representative of Eu Javier Solana.
