Roma, Italia - No del Consiglio di Stato al ricorso del Codacons

Il Consiglio di Stato ha respinto il ricorso presentato, a fine luglio, dal Codacons (vedi AVIONEWS) che, temendo danni ambientali, aveva chiesto il blocco dei lavori di ampliamento della base Nato di Vicenza e ribadito la necessità di una previa consultazione popolare. In base al pronunciamento dei giudici del Consiglio di Stato, i lavori al "Dal Molin" non arrecherebbero danni al territorio....
