A UAV (Unmanned Aerial vehicle, a remote controlled aircraft) operated by the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF) crashed on Saturday 1 December 2012, according to reports provided by the NATO-led mission. The drone crashed in the Zarghun Shahar district, in the southeastern province of Paktika, probably because of a mechanical failure, and was eventually destroyed for security reasons...
