The UK Foreign Office is urging all the British citizens who are currently in Benghazi to leave the Libyan city as soon as possible, because of an imminent terrorist attack against Western targets. Already in September 2012 an attack close to the US consulate in Benghazi caused the death of four Americans, including the US ambassador in Libya Christopher Stevens (AVIONEWS).
