Nuovi aerei militari Usa al Pakistan

Islamabad, Pakistan - Saranno consegnati entro l’anno i primi aerei americani da ricognizione marittima

Le forze armate pakistane, secondo fonti governative, acquisiranno dagli americani, entro la fine dell’anno, i primi due aerei da pattugliamento marittimo P-3C Orion. L’accordo, per un valore complessivo di 1,2 miliardi di dollari, prevede la consegna di altri sei Orion entro il 2006, la fornitura di 2mila missili Tow-2A e sistemi di artiglieria per unità navali.
