The Italian Government approved the privatization of Poste and Enav SpA (Società nazionale per l'assistenza al volo, the Italian air services provider), both ministry of Treasury owned-companies. Shares for sale are 40% for the group whose new CEO is Francesco Caio, and 49% for Enav, through an Initial Public Offering (IPO).
