Moscow Airport: 30% of Sheremetyevo shares for sale?

Objective: to collect private funds to expand the facilities

In order to finance the expansion and modernization of Moscow's "Sheremetyevo" airport, the Ponomarenko family -which holds 65% of the shares- and Sheremetyevo Holding -which owns 35%- would be thinking of selling 30% to private shareholders, so as to be able to launch the 2.23 billion Euro (160 billion rubles) expansion plan. The intervention would be aimed at building two new passenger terminals...
