The "Soyuz MS-14" spacecraft has managed to dock
The "Skybot" robot has arrived at its destination

This morning on August 27 the "Soyuz MS-14" spacecraft with the humanoid "Skybot F-850" finally managed to dock at the "Zvezda" module of the International Space Station -ISS- (see AVIONEWS) after a first failed attempt on August 24th probably due to a problem in the automated "Kurs" coupling system.
The Russian spaceship brought with the robot also about 670 kg of food, scientific equipment, personal hygiene items, medicines and a 3D bio-printer.
The android "Skybot F-850" (also called "Fedor" and "Fyodor") represents the jewel in the crown of the Russian artificial intelligence and it will remain on board the ISS until September 7 (see AVIONEWS). These days it will carry out some tests on board and help the astronauts in some experiments.
