Ryanair: Italian employees will move to Malta Air from November 1st

The transfer to another company belonging to the group

Ryanair has communicated to the on-board personnel based in Italy that they will pass to Malta Air from November 1st. The latter is a low-cost airline based in the homonymous Nation, founded in 2019 and part of the Irish carrier group, born from a joint-venture between Ryanair and the Government of Malta.

To complete the transfer, the airline would need to receive acceptance signed by at least 95% of crewmembers based in Italy no later than October 23, 2019. If the passage is not accepted, there would be no more available positions in Italy with Ryanair but guarantees the carrier, the transfer will have no impact on existing terms and conditions.
