Il giudice federale Brantley Starr del tribunale distrettuale di Dallas, in Texas, ha respinto il ricorso del vettore aereo americano Southwest Airlines, che aveva chiesto di sospendere la condanna contro tre avvocati dell'aerolinea, a cui era stata imposta la frequenza di un "corso di formazione sulla libertà religiosa". La decisione era stata presa l'8 agosto 2023, in merito ad un caso di discriminazione...
