Originally scheduled for today, January 13, 2025, the shareholders’ meeting and subsequent appointment of the new board of directors have been rescheduled for Wednesday, January 15. This date also marks the agreed deadline to finalize the deal between the Italian Ministry of Economy and German aviation conglomerate Lufthansa.
