Austria: helicopter's pilot got transport licence a month ago only

Pilot who was flying the helicopter from which a concrete block crashed on a cable car startling other two cars and killing nine German tourists in Austria yesterday, seems that got the licence for material transport only a month ago. Investigators have not still made clear whether it occurred due to a technical fault or human error, but the inexperience could have played a major role for the accident...
