Washington, USA - The decision because health problems
USA Transports Minister, Norman Mineta, gave his resignations to President Bush. Mineta, who was the only democratic Minister of the Administration, was in office by 2000. He was born 74 years ago, with Japanese origins, and he was obliged to resign because of health problems.
