KANDAHAR, AFGHANISTAN, I talebani hanno dichiarato di aver trovato pezzi di un elicottero americano in un villaggio a 40 chilometri ad ovest di Kandahar. Sarebbero stati ritrovati dei pneumatici, macchie di sangue e le pale dell'elicottero. Gli Usa hanno ammesso che un loro aeromobile è precipitato, ma in Pakistan e comunque l'elicottero non sarebbe stato abbattuto dai talebani.
