EU: Italy discriminates "air workers"
Brussels, Belgium - All EU air work enterprises have to be considered equals
According to EU Transport Commission, Italy does not apply the EU rules that imposes to recognize at the same all enterprises involved in air work, not recognizing the documents released by foreign governments. This violates, according EC, the rules established for a common service procurement among EU countries. (Gio/B)
