Darwin, Australia - Un distaccamento per coadiuvare la difesa delle coste dell'Isola di Natale

Il Ministro della Difesa australiano ha annunciato che un distaccamento dell'817esimo squadrone aereo della Navy verrà posto a protezione delle coste dell'Isola di Natale per contrastare l'immigrazione clandestina. L'elicottero Sea King ed i venti membri degli equipaggi, che si alterneranno in volo, potranno essere anche utili per operazioni di ricerca e soccorso in mare. (009)
