Due caccia F-16 decollati dalla base Usaf di Andrews hanno scortato un aereo di linea della US Airways fino all'atterraggio all'aeroporto internazionale di Baltimora. Il falso allarme, secondo le autorità è scattato per un problema di comunicazione tra il pilota e la torre di controllo.
